Back in the September 2001 issue of Needle Arts Magazine, EGA made Genny's Name Tag available through its Designers Across America Series article about her. It's based on her famous NOVA design concept, and uses versatile 12-thread squares in an ombre pattern. By utilizing a six-value color family, a gradual change from very light to very dark is achieved. The corner square, bottom left, includes a touch of overdye but one of the darker values could also be substituted.
