This small project is designed for stitchers interested in building on
the basics of the Level I design, Spring Blossoms, and/or other
introductory pieces.
Course
Description
Each year, cherry blossoms herald Spring with a profusion of color. The
fan branches are a lavish display of buds and flowers in soft pastel pink
colors. Symbolizing a time of renewal and new beginnings, this 6"
design is a companion piece to Spring Blossoms.
Techniques include:
kata-yori twists, vertical single layer foundations, fading effect, superimposed
single layer, fuzzy effect, padding, and couching.
Note:
Levels I, II and III may be taught at the same time.
