It sure is a nuisance to have to carefully measure the intervals when lacing up the fabric for a new piece. Yet this is an extremely important step not given enough attention all too often. The E-Z Lacing template is designed to assist with spacing the lacing stitches. Even lacing stitches helps avoid ripples in the silk at the edges and maintaining even tension on the silk.
