Frame is not included in the kit The complete kit provides fabrics and threads for two dragonflies which can be worked on one piece of background fabric or split up and applied to an existing embroidery. Going through your stash may provide more elaborate beads and threads for embellishing your flying friends. The Dragonflies can also be purchased as a chart pak with the detailed instruction so you can use the supplies you already have on hand.
The crystalline fabric and wire make shimmering wings which are embellished with variegated metallic thread. The body, head, and tail come alive with beads. These two insects are flying in a 4” x 6” frame (not included) but could be separated for a smaller frame, or a third dragonfly could be added to fit a larger opening. Detailed instructions and stitch directions with diagrams are included in the package.
